This tutorial will take you step-by-step on getting Plesk 7 to do everything needed for you to install WordPress.
Login to your website cpanel.
You should see many icons, but you want just the almost hidden 'Domain Name' in the bottom left:

Click it.
On the next screen, click this icon
Yep, we want to add a database. Click it.
Straighforward - just pick a name.
Then...
So all you've done is create something - now you need to own it.
Click the "Add User" icon.
Click the "Add User" icon.
Complete the details, and remember that when you do fill in the details in your wp-config.php which parts of this correspond to which to what lines.
- DB_NAME
- DB_USER
- DB_PASSWORD
Then...
