A seedy old man
20:21 Saturday 3 Mar 07
In your village there lives a man who will be 50 this month. He drinks heavily daily – he can because he has chosen to be on benefits and play the system. He drinks and he drives. He lies as easily as you draw breath and more often. If he said it was raining you would have to go outside to check. He lives a Walter Mitty type existence where he talks and acts like he is still in the Armed Forces that he left over 20 years ago. He smokes weed. He has a string of failed marriages and children he has never seen. He once called your wife a c*** viciously for no reason. And as if that wasn’t enough, you find out that he has been getting 16 yr old girls drunk and getting them to smoke weed too. So…. what would you do with your brother-in-law in this situation?

Going there and breaking his nose may get you into a bit of bother with PC Plod, so it’s probably better for an anonymous phone call to said PC and let them know how silly this excuse for a man actually is.
I bet he will have some sort of excuse as to why he a)verbally abuses your wife b) drives when drunk and c) gets young girls into his stupid ways.
P.S. If I say “easter egg” do you know what I mean??

I keep forgetting about that egg :)
And we plan on just telling them. We’ll ask them to keep our names out but we’ll tell them the lot. It’s much worse than the above in reality.

Here’s something not too many people know about me – there WAS a guy like this in my town. He was my ex-boyfriend’s father. (When I was 15). His wife left him and he turned into even more of a total weirdo. He used to buy beer and invite my friends and me round to get drunk and then a couple of times he tried to persuade me to have sex with him. I didn’t realise at the time what he was doing – I thought I was mature and could control the situation and was even flattered. Now, I realise that he was a twisted alcoholic who verged on paedophilia and I still feel sick whenever I think about what could have happened. If he’d had his way then technically I would have been a victim of sexual assault, although at the time I probably wouldn’t have taken it seriously enough to press charges. As it stands, he already did things to me that nobody of his age should be allowed to do to a 15 year old girl and I should have said something to the police. Now it’s a bit late.
If your brother in law is behaving this way, you need to do something about it. If I was you, I wouldn’t trust him with my daughters either.
