I’ve decided to stretch my tongue back up to as far as I can get. It was a 9mm hole in Nov 2004 when it became infected and turned into a small wave of red and yellow. It’s now 4mm and I’m sure I have a 5mm then a 6mm bar around. Shouldn’t be too difficult to do. Been there done that once. In a related event I just read that Shannon at BME is thinking of converting the BME experience section to WordPress – which would be neat. That would be 30,000 entries and with commenting on them open it could be a fairly useful thing.

I had to use a taper to get mine to 4 gauge (which I think is somewhere in the 4-6mm range.) It was rather painful. Was so tight at first that it couldn’t even rotate. Got rid of it a couple of years ago — didn’t want to risk chipping a tooth.
Would be awesome if Shannon converted to WordPress!
