Click “Ads by Goooooooogle”
This site is a splog.
It is stealing my content and that of many others.

Like I expected any difference. Looks like I’ll have to fire up a browser (I have K-Meleon just for this) and sit there clicking off those splog ads. How many before they get looked at – not for stealing others content oh no, but taking a dime from the multi-million monolith? 100 clicks? 200? Same IP – clicky clicky. Mouse gestures are such damn useful things. That’ll get you frigging attention won’t it. Click click click. Where are these auto-click scripts I here about? I want one to let loose on splogs and other such garbage. They must exist. I want one. Hell I’ll take more.

Why do you use K-Meleon for this?
(This is the first time I’ve heard of that browser.)

I have Firefox for work and general.
I have Opera for work
I have IE’s for testing
and use K-Meleon when I want a browser for a specific purpose.
The others may be shut (or crash) at times – it doesn’t because it has no real stress on it.

Do you use a special IP address for this necessary and admirable mischief? If not, how do you avoid having Google mark you as a click monkey?

My guess is this is more likely not to work than to work — just like Akismet has guards against competitor sabotage and vigilantes. Worst luck your IP is automatically associated with click fraud. Best luck a person investigates the situation and finds the motivation of your actions.
