I’m not mentioning the holiday company yet because the volley of complaints continues later this morning. But I’ll give you a quote:
Yes Mrs *****, we know this hotel is completely unsuitable for you.
Do enjoy your holiday.
150m from the beach it said. Try 800m and 50+ steps. And the entire hotel was totally unsuitable for anyone with any walking difficulties. Nice eh? We complained within hours of arrival and they did nothing.
Anyway, we are back, D has excellent GCSE results and I’ve a serious amount of emails to wade through.

Glad to have you back, Mark. Good luck with the dispute with the travel company. I’m totally convinced that Customer Service around the globe has gone completely down the drain in the past five years.

Congrats to D, shame about the accommodation. I once went on holdiday with my grandparents to a hotel which didn’t exist. That was fun too.
