		<description>If you have the sort of patches I think you do - the trick is to stick them down with the cellophane still on and uppermost. Then once the glue has stuck (leave squashed under a stack of books for best results), fold the tube to break the cellophane across the back of the patch. Easier to do than describe... You can also get glueless patches - rubber plasters, which work well, though I do miss the smell of vulcanising solution :D .</description>
