It’s midnight and I’m being the dutiful father by waiting up until eldest gets back from whichever friend’s house she is at. As you do. I have no idea if she has a key, if she is getting a lift back, if she expects a lift back or if she’ll be happy to walk when I go and get her if these lifts do not pay off. She made me a coffee the other day – after I’d asked for one – and she made much of this when J got back that day. This morning I asked if her fingerprints were on the kettle – she whacked me sooo fast. She’s quick is D :)
