Very fragmented day for a variety of reasons. First week of exams complete for D, J seems to be on the slide back down (I’m not one for fate but she’s been quite well for a while and while I wanted to say I didn’t…), Winston seems better and the insurance company - like all insurance companies - have turned into lying b*stards. The dyson has died ….. but it did so after getting rid of detritis from drilling so I wasn’t too annoyed at it. And it has lasted a few years. And no, it wasn’t dust - when it sounds wrong and fills the room with the smell of burning rubber and plastic something special has gone wrong. More expense when not needed. Is expense ever needed?
