I agree - and in such cases it has to fall to the systems we have in place to move in a way that is best. But the law is the bluntest of instruments here and no parent must ever be able to use the law in such a way.

Grey .... isn't everything to do with personal choice ? :)</description>

What's right for some isn't right for others. Privacy aside surely there are some under-16s who aren't emotionally mature to make these kind of decisions?? 

Not that I would force them to do anything, and it IS their right... but.. well.. as I say, it's a very VERY grey area this.</description>
