    • Oh cmonn Mark, Ubuntu isn’t that bad. I ran it for 7 months and then after Christmas had to install Windows because my husband found Linux does not work very well with the iPod which I had gotten him for Xmas. I am HATING Windows. What desktop are you using? I was using KDE and adored it. I think Kubuntu is great. The ONLY issues I had with Linux involved Multimedia. Videos to be more precise. It was a huge pain to watch videos on the internet and I greatly missed Quicktime, but other than that, I found Ubuntu to be fast, simple and a lot of fun.

    • I agree with Mark… I want to get out from Windows too, but every time I try Linux I’m coming back… maybe I’ll switch to Mac.
