My weightloss programme continues. Go to Dentist, return some time later and several grams lighter. The next appt will be okay (more weightloss), but after that it’s the drill. Hmm… he will have to do some convincing to get me back for that. Noticed an odd headache again after the visit - 3rd visit, 3rd pounding but brief headache afterwards. I’m putting that down to tension.

The work I’ve been doing the last few days is now done. All ready, uploaded and checked. I’m leaving it for a few hours to be sure I’ve missed nothing, then I’ll post here and the forums while putting on my tin hat.
