Couple of guides updated

There were two guides about moving your blog - one for Xampp, the other for moving domains. Following feedback and posts I’ve seen, there are now 4:
- Installing Xampp and WP
- Moving your blog inside your machine
- Moving hosts (same domain name)
- Moving to a new domain name
Each seemed sufficiently different to warrant separating out and it’s also much easier to follow.
And I’ve gone off the colours in the guides too … I’ll play with the CSS later. Oh, and the Moosecandy plugin is now there too.
