http://postsecret.blogspot.com – just been browsing some cards there .. and 3 have hit me really hard. I’m sitting here now with feelings emotions stuff rattling around inside my head which I thought was long gone yet it has been so easily whipped up – maybe I thought it was gone but it’s only settled into a sediment ? Feels very odd. Uncomfortable even.

I wish I had not visited that link. A few cards brought back some hard memories I thought had gone. But they never really are gone are they..There always there, just that we learn to suppress them….Some times.

suppression never works – lots of questions in there that i question about my own past – some i don’t want to confront, but it’s the only thing the shrink wants to know; what’s wrong with my past not how good the future good be. visiting that site felt like being tuck in a timezone. stunning stuff though

What a fantastic site, so thought provoking.
I think everyone can identify with at least one of the cards. And Jinsan is right, suppression never works. Doesn’t stop us doing it though does it? :)
